What does it cost?
There are two options. A Land Assessment Consult is free — a conversation about your land and what it might allow. A Discovery Session is $175 and runs an hour or more, with our expert panel going into build costs, feasibility and projections so you leave knowing whether it stacks up for you. The $175 comes off your build if you go ahead.
What's the catch?
No catch. Some of the people we meet will end up building with us, and the only way to know is to look at the block properly. We'd rather have ten honest conversations and build two good projects than talk eleven people into something that doesn't stack up. The land assessment is free because it should be. The discovery session has a fee because it involves our expert panel's time — and it comes off your build if you proceed.
Are you going to try to sell me a property?
We can't. We don't own any and we don't sell any. We're a builder.
Are you financial advisers?
No. We're residential builders. We build for a lot of clients of financial advisers and accountants and work alongside them — but we don't give financial advice and won't pretend to. Anything to do with your superannuation, your structures or your personal circumstances is a conversation for a licensed adviser.
What if my block doesn't work?
Then we tell you, and you stop wondering. Plenty of blocks don't — insufficient width, no independent access, an overlay that prohibits a second dwelling, or site costs that destroy the feasibility. Knowing property is off the table is a genuinely useful outcome.
I don't really know where I stand financially. Is it too early?
No. Most people who book haven't modelled anything yet. You don't need to arrive with your finances worked out — you need to arrive with an address.
